C & K established a Kindy onsite (access via Elizabeth Street) in 2012. The program is very successful in welcoming new families to our school and transitioning children to Glennie Heights State School. The kindy program runs every Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays. Children at the Glennie Heights Kindy access our school newsletter, tuckshop (when available), library, hall and oval. We have a semi organised weekly visit between our Prep students and the Kindy students during the later stages of each year; this takes place at both classrooms.
Families are now eligible for a free kindergarten program for their children. Your kindergarten service will be able to provide more information.
*Children need to be at least 4 years old by 30 June in the year they are enrolled in an approved kindergarten program
